Can I have some lean muscle & strength please? – My Training Journal
I'm interested in perusing the Super Condition program laid out last month, however I need some alternative excersizes for kettle bell Toss and infact to replace kettle bells all together. I don't have access to them at my gym and I certainly cant throw dumbells around the gym. Any suggestions?

hi, i really like the look of this article and workout program. i am joining the police later in the year and have set myself 6 months to reach fitness and strength levels. does this routine seem better for me than the wannabebig routines? while id like to increase a certain amount of my size (i am quite slender at the moment), strength speed and agility are my main objectives.

fantastic, thank you very much! just need to adapt it slightly as well as i also dont have access to kettlebells. also do you think 6 months will be enough to see a difference in fitness, shape and size?
also, can the routine be used for longer than six weeks or is a change needed after week 6?

I would follow the routine as is (with the modifications for lack of kettlebells) and then probably change things when you finish week six.
And yes, 6 months is plenty of time to notice changes in fitness/shape/size - provided you have a good routine and eating habits.

thank you! well i think ill give this a go for the six weeks and take things from there...maybe try the wannabebig routine after the six weeks or the fortifiediron routine ive heard about, or maybe ill just try a variation of this one! but if you reckon that this will be a good base for me to start on ill give it a go!
Cool, good luck!
