How long should it take to get here?!?! I received confirmation that the order was sent on the 2nd but still haven't gotten it! That's quite a long time isn't it!?

Canadian orders can take an inordinate period of time to arrive unfortunately. You may want to check with your local customs to see if they are holding the shipment for any reason.

Normally it takes 5-8 business days for my stuff to arrive and I'm on the east coast. However, I would expect that to be a bit longer due to the holiday season.

I agree with Anthony, when I ordered a few weeks ago (just outside toronto) my shipment arrived in less than a week

Canadian orders are weird. I have seen them take less than a week and then I have seen them take 3 weeks.
The order number would not help because the shipping method we use is USPS Air Parcel and there is no tracking available. I can tell you for sure your order was sent.
If you don't get it soon we will look into replacing it or something of the like.

I am sorry you were unaware of the fact you would have to pay duties.
As to your comment about GNC, if you ordered Nitrean, Opticen, or ETS you really cannot get a comparable product there (in terms of price on the proteins and ETS just isn't available there). Our proteins use a whey, casein, and egg mix which is FAR superior to any whey-only product for only a fraction more in cost.
You train hard, you should reward your body with the best protein supplementation available and you have done so with our products.

They charged you $10 duty for a bottle of creatine? First, I pay $10-20 on orders that are around $100. Second, an order of less than $20 is exempt from border chargers.
