    Question regarding training programm advice?

Right well im half way through my cut and doing ok. Ive been using BCC pre contest diet and have had good results for the past month or so but now want to move to a different split to help fill out. Ive always done a body part split like the one below

    Monday - chest/bi's
    Tuesday - rest
    Wed - shoulders/abs
    Thursday - back/triceps
    friday - rest
    Saturday - legs/forearms(grip)
    Sunday - rest

i personally dnt like doing triceps with chest as i feel my triceps are to toasted to do a proper workout as my strength significantly drops.

My question is im thinking of going back to this using a rep range of 4-8 and controlling the sets(i.e around 8-12 for back/chest/shoulders/legs 4-6 for bi's tri's). My question is what do you guys think or would you suggest a push/pull routine as i know these are popular also and does any1 have any examples of ones they have had success with. Ive also been contemplating using a 5x5 for my main compound exercise for each body part but theirs so many options its starting to baffle my. what do you guys think of the above and would you change anything or everything.

Side notes im using anabolics so i feel maybe a push pull routine that would enable me to hit a body part 2 times a week could be more beneficial.

As always all opinions/advice are welcomed and thanks in advance

Hill.. I think you are at the point of your progression where you can start to experiment a little and determine what seems to work best for you.. until you come to a plateau... and then change again.

I have used each of the programs you mentioned to some success.. just making sure I put 100% effort into each..

Right now.. I just switched from a Push/Pull same day to dedicated Push & Pull days..

Sorry, I can't offer any advice on the 'roids.. never taken them.
Does your body need more rest? You know soon enough if your progress stops..

a couple months ago I dropped off a 7 day bodypart WO cycle.. and moved to a 5 day cycle... and making some progress. However, I'm looking to change that soon by moving back to a 7 day bodypart schedule and including a full body WO in that 7 day cycle - based upon kettlebells and sandbags.

Good luck.. and have fun experimenting..
