    Questions on diet/routine

    Please help me
    Hey
    My name is Jonathan i am 16 years old turning 17 in march. Lately ive been spending a lot of money on my car (integra gsr) but i have been thinking and i want to take care of myself more. So i have a few questions. Now if there is a link or other post that you can point me to or just tell me the info that would be great. Thanks
    First off im 16 like stated im about 5'7 5'8 and weigh a whopping 138 lol not a lot at all. Right now ive been eating everything in site to bulk up. Even forcing myslef to eat when im not hungry. Please give me a response to that. I want to wiegh a lot more than i do. I have worked out in the past with my sisters ex boyfriend but he went away to college so now i have none that knows what they are doing so i reported to this forum. Now if you can just set me off into the right path that would be great. I am a big upper body guy, i like the abs and stuff like that, im looking to become a model so if you can please tell me what i should do that would be great. Such as what to eat, and what supplements maybe some mass gainer, and what exercises and how many reps. I use to just do it till i fail. But please give me how to do it right. I am right now eating everything like i said and trying to get to the tanning salon as much as i can. Please help me if you can. Is there anything special i should eat? I hear a lot of people eating hard boiled eggs and stuff but i think they are trying to not gain wieght. Please help me i posted before and no one anwsered me but so many epople looked at it please help.
