    NO-Xplode

Ive been taking NO-Xplode for about a month now and i was wondering if anyone else is taking it also. I love this stuff, it works better than anything ive ever taken before. It gives you incredible energy and after 3 weeks my bench went up 20 lbs and i can add in about 3 or 4 sets without getting tired. Between that, diet, and lifting ive gained 10 lbs in 3 weeks... if anyone else is taking this i wanna know if it works as good for you as it has been for me. I would recommend this stuff to anybody, and this is something that ronnie coleman uses too... that dudes an F*****G monster

Rob618, I assume that you've just started getting serious about lifting and thus a lot of your gains are due to 'newbie gains'. I'm sorry but I really haven't heard much positive stuff about the NO-Xplode. Ever heard of a thing called 'placebo'?

NO2 products don't give you energy. they do 'pump' you up, but its not a performance gain, just a beauty aid.

I am going to have to come down off of my pedestal and agree with the OP.
I have actually been wondering if this stuff was worth anything (No2 products).
A guy at work let me try a couple scoops.
I didn't get the chance to work out but my arms were pumped from the drive home and I went into my second job ready to tear **** up. I split the cost of a tub with Budiak as he likes it also.
I plan on giving my No Bs assessment after a month or so of working with it.
OUT of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud.Under the bludgeonings of chance My head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears Looms but the Horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years Finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate How charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

Im not defending no-explode or anything but it does have caffeine and other energy boosters.. The only problem I have with it is it does not list the ammounts of each ingredient, like it says it is a nitric oxide and creatine surge. But after doing some research it only has like 300mgs of creatine and its monohydrate, so basically its just for labeling purposes.. BSN who makes no-explode will work but its not worth the $ IMO, you can find similar prods for a better price and will last much longer..

If someone wants to try a nitric oxide product all nitric is, is 3 grams of arginine. Twin labs and ON make it for about the cheapest you can get, and both companies are pretty damn good .. I push supplements for a living and on my down time I do a lot of label reading and comparing...

I just bought some NO-XPLODE but haven't tried any yet. I'll let everyone know if I feel anything different.

BTW, doesn't NO-XPLODE have creatine in it? Mine says it does.

Ill dig it up for you, it was on some consumer website where people test products to see if the claims are true or not.. Where you list it does not matter it could be listed first but obviously not labeling exact ammounts shows they have something to hide. and as long as they have some creatine in it they can list it as a nitric oxide and creatine surge..

Fast twitch is pretty decent, but the best IMO is super charge by Lee Labrada. He pays a 3rd party company to test all his products to make sure he meets his label claims. and he lists in what ammount everything is.

NO-explode will work but its all marketing like Muscletech, Both will work just enough to get someone to say it works but as for pricing and ammount of product they are crap. No-explode has 40 servings with 1 scoop being a serving, well if you follow there label you will be taking 2-3 scoops per day which makes it actually only 20-13 servings. As opposed to super charge where each container has 50 servings and you can take 1-2 scoops depending on what intensity of a w/o you will be doing. SO that will give you 50-25 servings and for the same price..

2-3 servings on days you work out... Every other day you take 1 serving. I lift 3 days a week, so NO Xplode will last me 28 days if I take 2 servings on the days i lift.

I admit, I didn't look at the specific ingredients, so you're right, if it has caffine or other stimulants, that totally explains the 'rush of energy' users would feel.

300mgs of creatine isn't enough, yer right. however creatine monohydrate si the BEST creatine in my book, as its the ONLY kind that has any scientific research to back it up. CEE, Kre-alkalyn, etc...none of these have any proof other than the makers claim that 'its 10 times better than monohydrate'.

But i do agree, if you want the 'benefits' of an NO product, just go buy some quality arginine for a third of the price

i dont even like creatine but i know on the no xplode its more then monohydrate, i know this because the first thing listed in the creatine is dicreatine malate, if it has 20 grams per scoop and only 300 mgs of creatine, then explain where the other grams are made of. it cant be all arginine, most products give you 3 grams of arginine at most, it cant be all caffiene....no product is going to give grams of caffeine....so imo 300 mg per serving is an understatement they have no reason to put that little in....creatine is inexpensive

I've lifted on it a few times and I have to report that I have experienced a notable difference in pump and intensity.

What does pump give you? Satisfaction. What makes a workout regimen better than feeling satisfied with the work you've done, and gleefully anticipating the next set? Nobody likes going to the gym for an hour to two hours and leaving feeling the same as they felt when they left. I know I hate it. There is nothing more satisfying and invigorating than doing one set of curls, bench, etc, and feeling the bloody surge of life pumping through your veins. It gets you worked up and excited, and that leads to a better lifting session. Does it make you bigger? No, not necessarily, but I think the most beneficial use of this product is its ability to make you really enjoy lifting again and give you visible results from your session; I think that this type of supplement can enable someone to fully utilize every second they spend in the gym instead of moping around worrying about why they aren't having a good time under the bar.

I used to think I could piece a bunch of vitamins together and get a great combo and realized I was full of crap until I tried Animal Pak and realized that I was full of crap

If I can't get a good pump on my own...I'm doing something wrong...and NO2 products are just going to fool me into thinking I did it right.
Then I end up not making good gains, and assume I need more supplements, or I need to cycle off creatine, or other such nonesense.

I don't honestly have an opinion on NO2 yet, but I tend to go against it. Considering Creatine Monohydrate is the only thing that has any results to back it up, to me everything else that is legal isn't worth my time or money.

Hatred, I do look forward to seeing your reviews on it though.
