    healthy high calorie meals???

    what are good, healthy, high calorie meals. prefer to have a well balanced diet, with fruits/ cereals, in the morning, breads and pastas in the afternoon, meats and veggies for dinner. prefer to spread out 6 heavy meals during the day, taking in 3000--3500 cals. i've seriously cut down on soft drinks/ alcohol (due to an incident with light alcohol poisoning. going on two weeks now, and i still taste vodka when i try to drink beer. ugh. prefer juices/ milk/ water/ gatorade for drinks. ty for any help....
