    good job on the crossfit's...i started the WOD's also......they are fun but they let me know real fast that my conditioning SUCKS!

    Haha. Look at this. Another break in the posting/workouts....

    Well I must admit I let home ownership and the tasks that come with it get in the way. Now the goal is to take this new found responsibility of owning my own home (owner occupied duplex) and work it in with all the prior goals/responsibilities.

    Things have calmed down a bit since we have been in for close to two weeks. Things are still unsettled a bit as we have a lot to organize and unpack still. Plus I still have a few things to do before the upstairs rental is ready for an occupant.

    So now its back to hitting the gym/working out. Lets get this snowball formed and rolling again.
