what would be a good alternative lift for the deadlift?(i just started the WBB1 and im not really all the comfortable with doing them.)
bench: 240
squat: 260
deadlift: 300
height:6'
weight:183 (12%bf)
I just started wbb1 as well... the hack squats are whats gettting me!!
smitch just try doing deadlifts really light and slowly working your way up. There really aren't any better substitutes for deadlifts.
Instead of hack squats just do two more sets of squats perhaps, or front squats, or lunges. If you don't know what some of these are check out...
