I was curious how to figure out how many calories my body burns a day without doing cardio.
May you be in heaven an hour before the devil knows you're dead.

    Hey Pup,

You could calculate the cardio etc and take it off..

It depends on what you are trying to do.. If you are trying to workout how many calories a day it takes to maintain your weight and you do cardio at the moment, you need it just count them and do cardio as normal... This is because your bodyweight is staying the same with cardio so you should continue to do it whilst workout out your maintenece level...

EWhat are you trying to do ?

Just count calories for a week and divide by 7.. Any calculation is going to a little rough anyhow it just gives you a good starting point that is better than going by a chart as it takes into count your personal metabolism..

Does this answer your q ?
