Like someone is injecting pure acid into my shoulders. I know pain believe and ahve a good threshold. I have to rest a certain way preparing for next set. 1-10 I would say 8
Well, this necessitates the question of what does your routine for shoulders look like?
It turns out the answer to every question is still deadlift and eat.

Side DB Raises
Ez Curl
Arnold Press
Close Grip Tri
Push Downs
Seated Curls
Where does it burn? after db raises or arnold presses? which part burns, ant delt, lateral delt, or post delt?
How many sets are you doing? And are you sure it's lactic acid?
If it is lactic acid then you need to calm down.
