    Bulking again 4 week update...

My weight as of now is hovering around 183lbs thats up approx 12-13 pounds in the 4 weeks.
Im happy so far, the bulk hasn't been clean thus far, something I may consider changing.

Not too happy with the front pose, looking a bit bloated in my opinion, maybe the bright light, ahh well....

You've got great potential and you're not too bad where you are right now. Gaining 12-13 lbs in 4 weeks is a little too fast if you're bulking naturally. I recommend cleaning up your diet.

Yeah man, I'd slow the bulk down a bit or you will be getting lots of fat on ya pretty quick! Either that or you've upped your salt intake ALOT and are just retaining a bunch of water

Either way, you've got a good build to you! You'll look awesome around 200lbs!

Thanx fellas, yeah the diet is in need of major tweaking. You know how it is after a cut, the food just tastes soo good. Breaking my workouts into 3-4 days a week with the compounds on each of the 3 days with another few sets of other specific exercises thrown seems to be a much better option for the bulk.
