ive decided to put on some pounds this year.
this will be for more mass than strength.
my goal is to gain 30 lbs of lean meat
ive increased my caloric intake by 500
i find this puts on alot of mass, especially that morning buffness...

current weight 130
goal 160

i got sick and it hampered alot of my progress
im not consered about weight, its all about the growth here

weak points :legs in general but easily ovecomed,
obliques, shoulders, arms forearms

(dont worry it aint that bad)
