YAY for pictures! Ok, this is after 3 weeks on a split and 2 months before that of a 2 or 3 day full-body lifting routine. Like I said Im pretty tiny, I dont really know where my bf% is but its probably around 15%
Other stats: 5'7" and 136 lbs

ok...now seriously...bicep development is really good, as is your upper back development. The years of sprinting have done a lot for your leg mass, which is cool, because when you want to diet, makes it easier for your legs to appear leaner when you have more muscle mass. I agree with pup - you've got great bicep genetics, and the years of track were not wasted on you.

Gabrielle- I dont quite know yet--> Right now I am working on muscle mass with the thought of getting into track again but who knows... Maybe I will start bodybuilding more (however Im not going to be a juicer.... the thought of a moustache is freaky)
