I am trying to loose at least 10 pounds before March 15. This is my routine:
Monday:
Bi's/Tri's
Tuesday:
30-40 minutes of cardio
Wednesday:
Back/Shoulders
Thursday:
30-40 minutes of cardio
Friday:
Abs
Saturday:
30-40 minutes of cardio
Sunday:
REST
I do not work my legs because I genetically am blessed with well built legs. As you can see I am trying to bulk at the same time. Will I be able to lose the 10 pounds and bulk at the same time? I am also on somewhat of a calorie deficit diet. I weigh 165 pounds, if that helps at all. Please help me with my problem and critique my routine.

1) Prepare yourself. Any routine that involves not doing your legs while spending an entire day on your arms is going to get flamed.
2) 'Bulk' is a term that is reserved for eating at a surplus, so that you gain weight. Simply say that you're looking to 'gain muscle' while cutting.

if you dont work your legs atleast to mantian they will go to crap and it wont matter about genetics.. there will be a huge imbalance
why not just do bi tri abs all the same day
