    My NO-Explode review

So today I finally got to take this product. My friend went and got some and i wanted to try it before i went out and threw down 40$ or so. these are my thoughts.

Taste: ok i heard good reviews about its taste but i had fruit punch or whatever and it tasted pretty bad, i mean it wasnt horrible but def not good.

Mix: im not sure if your supposed to blend it or what but i just mixed with 8 oz of water 2 scoops. there were some very very little clumps but nothing noticable.

    So did it work?

I took it and about 30 mins later i started feeling a little energized, i was at the gym and waiting to start deadlifting. 10 mins later it felt like i had just drank a super energy drink and a song came on that i liked so that got me pretty pumped. My mental focus was right on target, all i could think of was destroying the weights i was about to do.

So i did deadlifts, 225x5 was nothing, pretty easy. 275x5 was a little easier than usual but challegeing, and this is usually what i rep. so after doing 3 sets i was like... well lets just look and see if i can get my max of 315 that i did about 2 weeks ago, and REP it. loaded 315 on there and blasted out 3 reps. it felt great, amazing pump.

the rest of the workout after that was better than usual but not too good. they say you have to take it for like a week or so before you really start to get the full effects and i can understand that. But i did do 13 pull ups after i did Deads and bent over rows. the most pulls i had done till today was 10.

Conclusion: in all i think its a good deal, after taking it my first time it worked and supposedly your results are better after a week. Im going to pick some up pretty soon i think!

    Placebo effect possibly?

I've never taken it myself but on the first day it could be more that you're expecting more of yourself.

I psyched myself up without taking any supplements...and OMFGodZoRz...I had more energy in the gym! I should start selling my motivation.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
