How many olives should be eaten at a time

to have a noticeable impact in terms of healthy fats? The label says each one is .5 grams of fat. Is it safe to assume that is all good fat? Would eating say 10 at a time for 5 grams of healthy fats be sufficient? Olives aren't the greatest tasting foods but since they are good for you it makes it worth it.

    thnx

Olives = used to make olive oil = awesome.

Hence, if you want 20g fat, and each olive is 0.5g fat, eat 40 of the suckers.

    Go for it.

If you eat 10 your limbs fall off and you drop to the floor in convulsions, dying due to massive blood loss.

You can put one on each finger. And it's rude to use two hands when eating olives. So the answer is, 5. You eat 5 olives at a time.
