i LOVE bgb... been doing it about 7 weeks now. how often should i switch up excersies, ive been doing the basic one they give you on the site, the example routine. can i just keep going or should i switch up the excercises every so often. and if so how often? thanks.

done BGB for 9 weeks, ate like a horse... gained 2.5kg of muscle and lost 1% bodyfat! Love BGB! Thanks MariAnne

Im used to doing 7-10 different exercises for each body part so this almost makes me feel like im not doing enough. If i do horizontal push/pull day im only doing 5 push and 5 pulls opposed to doing a full 10 exercises which i am used to. My biggest question is: Should you alternate between a push exercise then do a pull exercise or should you complete all your push and then move on to do all your pull exercises?
how often do you change up the exercises every 2-4 weeks? or do you keep them the same for the whole rotine?
are the 5x5s done as the same weight 5 times or is building up each set till you get 5 for failer?
is this good for bulking and cutting? prob just done to your deit and supp do.
