So I get a pain in my chest during preacher curls, usually after I'm done working out, its like deep in the pit of my chest, I'm guessing this has something to do with my diaphragm and breathing? I at least think I'm doing a good enough job breathing in and out. Anyone else have this problem and or useful advice?

Had the same problem. I switched to incline dumbbell curls and problem solved. Plus it hits my bis better.

Yeah putting too much pressure on the diaphragm, incline dumbell curls work great!

Yeah that's what I figured, but I just got to the point where I can put a 35 on either side of the bar... ah well, it's probably time I switched up my routine a little bit anway.
