You seem a bit top-heavy... Your bench shouldn't be 1.5x your squat (unless you're going for the disproportionate look on purpose).

YUp your bench is impressive however your DL and squat sucks. Start DL and squatting regulary and put as much effort into them as you do your bench

well the only problem i have with sqwuatting is i think i could do more...but i dont have a squatting rack my father usta be a power lifter and handed all his freeweights down to me which is alot of weights..hahahha and well i have a becnh and like 4 barbells and 6 dumbells...and i have to throw that 175-180 from the ground to behind my neck every time i do squats and then work my calves the same day which can get pretty tiresome you see what im talking about....and i rather now pay gym dues cause ive learned to do everything i need with the weights i have...and i really dont practice my bench that much maybe 1-2 a week...i just keep incresaing it....i appparently havent hit my plateu yet....and i feel as thought i could deadlift more im just afriad of hurting myself...

If you're not going to join a gym and don't have a rack, do front squats instead of back squats.

Proper punctuation will take you far.
    Squats work better than supplements.

yeah i get that alot...but thats what i do for a living so it gets kinda nice to just keep going without correcting...and when you type 145+wpm...you tend to make some little mistakes...sorry about that but your just gonna have to deal with it...lol

Well, I certainly do not type 145 wpm, but I find time to make my writing decent at only 90 - 100 wpm. Might want to slow it down... I make typos too, but it makes it very difficult to read when you have to use a decoder on everything you type.

Reading what you write goes a long way on your writing ability. Additionally, if you do it for work all day, it should be second nature. I don't type any differently here than I do with my job. Except that with my job, I do run spell check. Other than that, second nature... So I call shens!

It's a sign of disrespect for those of us who spend our very valuable time here trying to help people that you won't bother to spend the time to type something comprehensible.

The thing is, Front squatting 200lbs is much more challenging than back squatting it.

It certainly is! Front Squats are difficult... If you can hit 315 for a single, you are pretty strong. If you can hit 405 for a single, you are REALLY strong...

It really depends on your weight. A superheavy front squatting 315 isn't all that impressive IMO. Now a guy like my coach who has done 315 while weighing 114lbs on the other hand...

More like 5' I think, but I'm terrible at judging height. Back when he competed he lifted in the old 52kg category. Even now he only weighs 58-59kg, and he's built pretty solidly.

im not bragging but i think i could probably do 170-220 pnds front squat i have a huge upper body......now the only probably i have with yoru sentence is why wouldnt you think it is impressive can you do a 315 pnd front squat? i just dislike it when people bring other people into the equation to try to make it look like its nothing...315 pnds is alot of weight to front squat and i havent tryed it but maybe once and not even that much weight....

i personally cant see 114 pnds doing 315 pnds he doesnt have the body weight to keep his feet on the ground it would pull him forward ....unless someone was holding him in place....but 114 that would like snap him.....im sorry i cant beleive this story...dont get mad it me iTS JUST IMO!!!

I said 315 isn't that impressive (given, it still means you're a pretty strong guy, and it's not something you're going to accomplish in just a year or so) if you're a super heavyweight, which means you weigh more than 105kg. I'm not a superheavyweight. Neither are you.

Also, what I said also doesn't apply to people who have only been training for a year or two. If you were to front squat 315 within a year or two of training, while maintaining a reasonable weight then yes, that's a damn good lift.

Find a tape of Naim Suleymanoglu and watch him lift three times his bodyweight overhead. It's possible, espescially if you're an International level athlete.
