I started doing my HTS workout program today and I noticed that this is a very intensive workout. I dont know if it was the week break i took before starting or maybe to much weight but i almost felt like i was gonna hurl a couple times.
This is the routine i was supposed to follow:
Squat 2x15
Straight Leg dead lift 2x15
Bench Press 2x15
Pull-ups 2x15
Lateral Raise 2x15
Shrugs 2x15
Barbell Curls 2x15
Tricep Dip 2x15
Calf Raise 2x15
I ended up doing this since i was so exhausted:
Squat 2x15
Straight Leg dead lift 2x15
Bench Press 2x15
Pull-ups 1x15
Lateral Raise 1x15
Shrugs 1x15
Barbell Curls 1x15
Tricep Dip 1x15
Calf Raise 2x15
A few questions I have is How long should i rest inbetween sets. I have been keeping it under 2mins. Also another question is how long after eating should I wait till i go workout. I put my workout together from the hypertrophy specific training website.
