I just this minute finished a bag of salted peanuts I started eating about 1 hour ago.
Nutrition information as follows per (100g) the bag was 200g
Energy: 597 calories
Protein: 25.4g
Carbs: 13.8g
Fat: 49.5g
Fibre: 6.8g
Sodium 0.4g
I just wanted to get an idea of how unhealthy eating this bag of peanuts was.
i know peanuts are very fattening. Ive just eaten nearly 100g of fat which is scary to think lol.

Unhealthy? Try the opposite! Look at all the protein and fiber you got. Also, I guarantee more than 75% of those fats were un-saturated, nuts are a good source of EFA. Do this regularly if you'd like.
wel, it was 1200 calories, not worried bout it though and all the protein and fibre will do me good. I was thinking of geting another 600g bag which i bought a week ago. it had a total of 3600 calories and i polished those off in a day too. I have heard that a lot of pro BB'ers do eat Peanuts. Oops, I should have read closer. I eat peanuts, cashews, or almonds at almost every meal.

peanuts
yogurt covered raisins or almonds
sunflower seeds
dried cranberries
dried apricots which i cut in small pieces

I am cutting and I eat half a cup to a cup of peanuts a day. As long as it fits your macros and your calorie intake then it is fine. Peanuts are also a great source of quality fats.

I've been eating healthy big time lately, no fast food for like 6 months, then yesterday my teacher brings in crispy cremes, that bitch, i ended up eating 6 of them in like a minute so i know how you feel man, except yours was healthy....

peanuts are alright but when eaten that much they can actually be very bad for your body because they contain some toxic chemicals at their core. small amounts of those toxic chemicals won't do much harm to your body but a whole bag? i think you should watch for symptoms of breathlessness, chest pains and rapid heartbeat. any sign of those symptoms, get yourself to ER immediately and notify someone (in case you collapse on the way).
