    Beginner Training At Home Query

    Hello hows it going,
Here are my specs as follows:

    Age - 22
Body Type - Pretty Sure Endomorph
    Weight - 176lbs (80kilo)
    Height - 5ft 9 (176cm)
    Bodyfat - Unknown
    PCF Ratio - 40/40/20
    Total Calories - 3266 Calories
    Protein Daily - 326 Grams
    Carbs Daily - 326 Grams
    Fat Daily - 072 Grams
Meals Per Day - 6 Meals
    P For 6 Meals - 054 Grams
    C For 6 Meals - 054 Grams
    F For 6 Meals - 012 Grams

Cons - Junk food addict straight to the gut all of it. Unhealthy cant run more than 20 metres without losing my breath.

Motivation - Seeing a bodybuilder's physique instead of scrawny me with a fat gut.
The thought of being able to feel healthy and to look good at the same time.

Short Term Goal - Get my eating pattern on the right pathway. Lose the fat gut. Start Bulking and get to roughly 90 kilo muscular.

Long Term Goal - To gain an awesome physique for my size. To get to 100kilo to 140 kilo muscular with a low percentage of bodyfat. Nothing which looks "Genetic Freak" like but a nice physique where i can look in the mirror and go damn what a physique

Currently i only have access to my bench press at home, and dumbells. Basically i am looking at utilising a training method for a month or so in the home gym whilst i clean up my diet. Then when my diet is clean then from their start going to the gym.

So if you could post up a beginner's routine including ABS as thats my biggest problem at the moment.

Once i clean up my diet which should be in a month i will start the Max - OT program for 12 or so weeks and build up some strength and muscle.

Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks.

Start going to the gym now.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
