    do u ever lose your voice after a workout?

    i noticed today when i went to order my food.

    does this happen to anyone else? it lasts like 30 min for me.

    I only ever loose it at concerts if I scream/sing to hard, then a coating of stout is the nominal cure.

    Dude honestly the only time I screw up my voice is when there's like a bubble in my throat aka frog in the throat.
    Just chill out after the workout and go to the men's locker room and talk out loud for a sec and get it down. Of course this is assuming you find it a problem.

    i get a scratchy throat sometimes after a hard workout..

    you're probably grunting a lot..

    I just did that at my last workout. I was pushing as hard as I could with help from a spotter on my last squat and I let out a really throaty grunt. My throught is still a little sore.
    6'0" 180
    Vertical 29" Running= 37" 40= 4.70
    Big 3: Squat= 320
    ........Bench= 275
    ........Deadlift= 350ish?
    OL: .....Clean= 270 150%
    ...........Snatch= 200 111%

    i was really pushin it on bench press n screamed out and lost my voice once for about 30mins
    23 yo 6 2", 258lbs

    i try not to scream... but think gettin a grunt out a few times is standard
