    Ok, so here's the deal...

    I'm almost 18 years old, I'm 6'2 tall, and I weigh about 154 lbs. My goal is to put on about 15 to 20 pounds of pure muscle. I have almost no idea what to eat, what workout routines to do, etc... I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me get on the right track to acheiving my goal. I would be grateful for any help.
