    Stuck

I have been lifting seriously for about 3 years now. Currently my 1RM for deads is 525, 455 for squats, and bench is 235. I have continued to make steady progress with deads and squats, but I cannot seem to break my bench plateau. I have been stuck at 235 for about 3 months now. I have tried bands, chains, dynamic effort days, and board presses but nothing seems to work. Any Ideas?

I currently weigh 190, so I try to take in at least 200 grams of protein a day. I eat as clean as possible, usually taking in around 3200-4500 calories a day depending upon my work schedule.

    Are you gaining, or maintaining?

Are you getting in enough fat? I eat more protein than you - are you sure 200g is enough for you?
