    Change in taste?

I'm starting to get sick of plain chicken breast. I put A1 on them or mustard, but Im starting to have to choke them down.

Went to Krogers and bought 'Gold Medal Stone Ground Wheat'
    1 slice
    Cal 100
    fat 1g
    carb 19g
    protein 4g

I know everyone likes to stick to natural products and nothing processed...but you guys think this would classify as 'ok' on a clean bulk.

Also bought some Johnsonville Mild Brats
    1 large link
    Cal 300
    Fat 25g
    Carb 2g
    Protein 14g

    'ok' on a clean bulk?

I am not getting near enough cals each day, so I suppose these wouldnt hurt.

Buy a cook book and learn different ways to cook chicken. I could never eat plain chicken all the time.

you can do much better than sausage. Way too much fat, and too little protein. Buy some spices and change up the way you cook your chicken.

Sounds good. Just plain chicken on the forman with spices on top. Not bad. It still might be too similar.

I think putting it on wheat bread may work for awhile.

If I eat chicken for a long period of time I start to hate it. You gotta either mix up your protein sources, or start investing in some spices/herbs. It doesn't matter what the hell it is, just sprinkle that **** on!

    - Frank's hot sauce
    - Aldi-brand salsas (99 cents a jar and tastes better to me than $3.50 name-brand jars)

My two favs. Also I went nuts with Mrs Dash seasonings for awhile on the foreman. I got sick of em pretty quickly though (and now have 7 half-empty bottles in my cabinet haha).

Have you thought about using various marinades too? I like Dale's and Moore's brand marinades on my chicken. That and some Emeril's Essence seasoning tastes great, I never get tired of it. Even the Essence on the chicken by itself without a marinade is great.
