    how does this look 250??

    hi all, i want to buy this starting price 250 i can get it for 200, with bars and 200pounds of weight, how does it look can i squat and bench on it with ease?? or will the saftey bar irritate me when i do bench presses anyways check it out and tell me!1

    You'd be better off with a full olympic weight set for $100.

    yeah i am sports chek, sports mart, walmart, fitness depot 500bux, sears, craiglist, ebay thers nowhewre lese can i do squats with ease on this machine is it adjustable??

    Go check independent sport stores. I find it hard to believe that there aren't ANY at all in vancouver. I can't tell where you can do squats on this. I doubt it.

    EDIT: Wait - it looks like you can move the bench out. Yes, in that case you could do them, but there is no safety bar.

    it says in the description you can squat with ease i belive the bench is removable and you can squat on the rack..

    I think it is a good deal for $200. Get that with an olympic weight set and youll be set!

    as for finding an olympic set, look harder.

    right now i have a weider 128 bench, barbell, 300lb of weights, 2dbs, pullup bar so i have a pretty good set at home already, but i frikin want to do squats, what can i do to do something bout a squat rack, can i put my bench on a matress box, or put 2 boxes beside eachother ionno ne ideas, craiglist has nothing!!

    the problem is there are no racks around here only 400 minimum squat rack at fitness depot,the worst one in the store!! I can order something from sportmart for 199.99, but the sites down, its like a half power rack, but i think the shippin can be expensive..

    so if all you want to do is squats then why buy what you already have. You have $250 right now why not wait till you can afford a power rack.

    or hell, just build one. nail together some 2X4's & 4X4's just below parallel. Something just wide enough to slide into the rack. Just be sure it can easily support the weight you plan on using.
