    Wow!!!

Well, some of you may recall that I started doing a weight program very similar to WBB #1 on March 20. At first I was skeptical of how working each muscle group 1 day per week would work, but now, exactly 2 weeks later i must say that i am simply amazed! For the first time ever on a weight routine, I leave the workouts feeling great instead of tired/bored/readytoquit/etc. Although I am aware that it is considered a "noobie" gain, I have much more confidence and motivation going into the gym now that my max bench press has gone up from 130 to 150! I am also feeling (not necessarily seeing) results everywhere else but I know it will take time to see it, but I am very patient. Anyways, sorry for the rant just wanted to say that 2 weeks in, things are going better than I could have imagined!
