I have some oral surgery coming up (root canal) and won't be able to eat solid foods for a while. Anyone have any suggestion’s besides the obvious soup ect?
um for a few days, simple shakes would do you fine
2 scoops whey
2 TBSPs olive oil
2 scoops ground up oats
= cals:733 fat:35 carb:52 protein:54
as many as you need, or anything along these lines
PRs: 655/525/645 = 1825 Total

Thanks for the suggestions, I will have to tone down the cal's in the shake since I am cutting but I should be able to figure something out.![]()
I added some GREENS+ to my shakes since I usually like to get a couple of servings of veggies a day.
My biggest qualm with the liquid diet is the lack of phyto's. The greens+ would be as good as anything you could put in.Originally Posted by seK
Of course you could just do this:
Liquid:
Whey
Oats
Olive Oil
+ Then eat a serving of solid veggies.
Its hard to eat veggies when you can't chew. :POriginally Posted by Holto
Having a root canal wont keep you from chewing all that long will it?
