    NO-Xplode question

Im now taking creatine but im thinking about switching over to NO-Xplode ive heard it gives great results and is a reccomended product but the label says take 2 to 3 scoops prior to your workout. I was wondering if that is for any weight because right now I weigh around 180 lbs and that could be for 200+. I dont want to take too much and waste the powder if I dont need the 2 scoops.

yeah your going to have to take 2-3 scoops to get any "pump" or whatever. its not worth it unless you take 3 scoops and when you take 3 you will be out soon and then you realize you waisted 40$. its not a substitute for creatine IMO. just stick with creatine

I've used the product. As stupid and useless as everyone says...I have to go against that opinion and say I love the stuff. The pump is INSANE and enegry is good. People say it gives them stomach cramps and **** like that. I for one have always had a tough stomach so that was not a problem with me.

Bottom line: Good to have a tub of the stuff when you know your going to be seeing someone you wanna impress at your gym or seeing an ex of yours even after it. As the pump lasts longer than a 'normal' pump does. Good for those occassions you know.

You could also try NOT wasting your money on it.

Despite the jokes on NO-Xplode, it does work (I've used it) as far as getting pre-workout energy, a post-workout pump from the arginine/NO2 vasodilation, and getting your serving of creatine. But it's soooo expensive

I'd try using an EC stack, creatine monohydrate with berry juice and some powdered arginine alpha-ketoglutarate for a pre-workout equivalent to NO-Xplode but 10x cheaper

Some people say it's a good product, while others think it's a waste of money...I've tried the product before, and in my opinion, it's a good product...it definetly improves the pump..Most people would agree it's a good product, but what may work for me may not work for you...You must try it, experience it, and figure out if it's worth the money. Same thing goes for any other product...Good luck...

its alright. gives you a pump even better than the other no2's ive taken. gives you crazy energy (caffeine). but they shouldnt even say anything about creatine being in it becuase theres about 300 mg per serving. but i agree with everyone else it is WAY to expensive!

...it's just that they make me so mad sometimes, those kittens have to pay. The seal's are just for the protein.
