I just ended week 2 of my new training program/routine, and, I'm ready to up my calories. I think I should up it 300 from 4,200 calories to 4,500 calories daily. Is this right? Up your caloric intake by 300 every 2 weeks?

300 sounds good to me. It's a very reasonable increment.
