    How much do I up my calories after two weeks?

    I just ended week 2 of my new training program/routine, and, I'm ready to up my calories. I think I should up it 300 from 4,200 calories to 4,500 calories daily. Is this right? Up your caloric intake by 300 every 2 weeks?

    300 sounds good to me. It's a very reasonable increment.

    Just saw your 8000 cals thread.

    It's good to see you listening to the advice you get here. You will do well for yourself. This new approach will be much more effective.
