35m Sprint: <4.8s
3RM Bench Press: 185-230
Triple Jump 8+m
Outside Backs have the same numbers as inside backs except they are supposed to run sub 4.7s sprints and jump 8.5+m triple jumps.
They also mention 20m multistage shuttle scores which I believe is a fancy way of saying "the beep test".
Front Row - 11.5+
Lock - 12.0+
Back Row - 13.5 +
Backs: 14.0+
Anyhow according to this I need to take half a second off my sprint, add 90 pounds to my bench and improve my beep test from a 10 to a 12...Ugh!
I also need to grow three inches apparently.Originally Posted by robert_wilson
I remember seeing something like this for Canadian bobsled teams and the requirements were pretty crazy. You gotta be in shape to play at that level!!

yeah bobsledding guys are pretty nuts, from what i understand they hang out at the team canada 100m tryouts and try to recruit the 4-5 guys who just barely got cut.Originally Posted by Anthony
