I have a glucose drink. Have about half before and the rest during.
Mine have varied anywhere from 60g to 170g.
I had 200g for breakfast once when I was pretty glycogen depleted.

Same here, I take 40-50grams after workout with my creatine/protein mix.
Depending the rest of my daily diet, about 1.5 hours before work I have 1/2 cup of oats mixed with 1 scoop of nitrean, or 1 cup of oats with nitrean.

Use to do 1/2 cup oats and whey. Haven't been doing it for a while. Haven't really noticed a difference yet.

2 year-old thread and I still stand by what I said above, and recently in other threads.
I use Results which has 80mg of Dextrose in it!
I just bought some maltodextrin in the form of granulated splenda. My question is...
How the heck do you fit 50g of the stuff in a drink? I weighed an entire cup and it was only like 30g!! I couldn't imagine more than a cup of splenda in one workout drink!! Is this right?
