Whats cals,fat,carbs,pro for your typical everyday white hamburger bun?

November 05: 198 lbs -- 23% bf
February 06: 181lbs -- 14% bf
Currently: 185 lbs -- 17% bf (took the summer off- but back at work)
Go with white bread.
Next time get whole wheat buns.
I have whole wheat bread!! But too late, I had a chicken on white bun from the local lunch place. That why I was asking...

IMHO it's not a big deal unless you're having trouble cutting.
In general, I ask for chicken breast on salad rather than sandwiches; most places will accommodate this

Sounds good guys. I dont eat there often, and when I do I usually don't eat the bun. So I was just curious as to what it was for future reference. Thanks Again
