What is a healthy breakfast meal for losing weight. I tend to eat 2-3 pieces of toast and a cup of milk every morning. I need a change.
Seems like your new here. I don't want to be rude people people are going to flame this post in about 2.09784 seconds.
Depends what your goals are. Post your goals and people will help you out.
There are already a lot of threads on here about what to eat for breakfast.
We're chatting by PM right now.
Don't worry Melissa - we'll get you fixed up.

listen to built! I'm getting super ripped after her advice![]()
you really want to focus on getting some quality protein in the morning, after your 8 or so hours of fasting (5 in my case) you want it to be calorically dense and balanced as it really is the most important meal of the day.

I throw the following into a blender:
700ml milk
2 scoops whey (45g protein)
100g oats
I'm a guy, bulking, so you can tone down the amounts to reduce the total calories. I reckon it's a decent start to the day - it's quick to make, quick to drink, it has complex carbs and high protein.
I just eat hardboiled eggs. 6 whites, one yolk. Pat of butter and lots of salt.
I just look at Built and I *already* feel more ripped!Originally Posted by Roddy
