how often do you guys eat pizza?? i personally try to avoid it but cannot resist it when im drinkin!!
are pizzas in general really bad for you?

I have it almost every week on Sunday as a cheat. At least a medium with a couple of orders of crazy bread. My weight is always up 5-10lbs the next day from holding water and drops back to normal in a day or so. Pizza is FULL of sodium. YUM... thanks a lot, now I'm TOTALLY craving it

A good rule of thumb for pizza..
300 calories per average slice, regardless of type, brand, etc.
Extra meaty pizza skewes the data..
Guy as long as you keep for the most part a clean diet you can have the pizza.you just have to balance it just like everything else.
Pizza is awesome when bulking. Relatively cheap as well!

this isn't the exact amount, as it always depends on toppings, pizza place etc., but its a good estimate to "rough" it in regards to counting cals.Originally Posted by charles_316
