Pizza is fine if it fits into your caloric intake for the day.

@ seK: Homemade pizza tastes awesome.

I made a pizza in cooking class back in high school and it was one of the best tasting pizzas I've ever had. Took forever to make though.

I have it almost every week on Sunday as a cheat. At least a medium with a couple of orders of crazy bread. My weight is always up 5-10lbs the next day from holding water and drops back to normal in a day or so. Pizza is FULL of sodium. YUM... thanks a lot, now I'm TOTALLY craving it

A good rule of thumb for pizza..

300 calories per average slice, regardless of type, brand, etc.

Extra meaty pizza skewes the data..

this isn't the exact amount, as it always depends on toppings, pizza place etc., but its a good estimate to "rough" it in regards to counting cals.
