Besides eating the right proportions of macronutrients per meal at appropriate times, would doing something -- such as: consuming green tea extract along with every meal help inhibit the formulation of new fat?
I believe it's been proven that green tea extract can inhibit new fat deposits; I don't know about sesamin and other compounds. But it would be cool if taking a modest amount per meal would reduce fat buildup.
Any thoughts or experiences on this?

Take a thermogeninc supplement ala Thermocin, eat less, workout more.![]()
Move heavy weight, eat, sleep, repeat.
Geniuses make complicated scenarios simple, morons take simple concepts and complicate them.
I am not gearing my question towards cutting or bulking, but at any time you consume a meal.

As far as I know, green tea capsules have no proven efficacy.
I dnt think their is anything can can prevent formulation of fat. It totally depends on total cals as far as im aware. You could drink all the green tea and take all the thermogenics you want but if your still way over maintanance ure going to put on fat. the same as you could take no thermos or green tea be under maintanance and loose fat.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Vinegar, and (IIRC, don't have my copy of UD2.0 to hand) (injectable) vitamin B12 may all help with nutrient partioning.
Your body will deposit fat after every meal regardless of what you do.
Your body is also running on fat as energy at all times.
