(Wrist Snapped) If you were in my position, would you see a doctor?

Okay, I finish my flat benching then moved onto Dumbell incline benches. So far I was glad because I successfully added +5 lbs. to my flat benching this week. On the last set of inclines, I did a negative Hammer curl to slowly lower the weight down on the floor. I hear both my wrists *SNAP*, or more like a " *PLACK* when my forearm was parallel to the floor. It hurt, and couldn't finish off with Dips..... didn't even bother with the rotators.

Should I waste my time to see a doctor so he/she can tell me to go home and rest for 2 weeks? Or just either way.... stop lifting for 2-3 weeks and use wrist straps along with R.I.C.E. ? Should I get an X-ray ?

I think it's http://http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net/cybertherapist/front/wrist_forearm/wristbursitis.htm since everytime I put weight on it, it feels like my wrists will snap off.

well i went, doc said to ice it for 15 mins three times a day for 3-4 days. He said it's nothing too much to worry about because he checked my mobility and it was all good with no pain. Also to lower weights next time I get back into it.

.... also got my blood pressure checked, 130/70.

they still hurt...what happened was i broke my wrist but when i went to the emergency room they said it wasnt broken...it took me 3 weeks to find out it was broken and then i got a cast

i think during those three weeks i messed up something else in there and it never healed right so now doing bench press or other things that put a lot of stress on my wrists is very painful

Easy there. I'm sure the treating physician didn't deliberately set out to "**** him over". Medicine is not an exact science.

Glad your situation is improved, however & best of luck.
    I know you're half-crazy, but I wish you'd go all the way.

Yeah thxs. The ice is working for me, so far so good. Forgot to ask doc about R.I.C.E, other than simply putting ice on it.

they x-rayed it but i guess the doctor wasnt the smartest in the world (it was at the emergency room) because when i went to an orthopedic he saw it was broke in about two seconds.
