K i dont get this, is it a joke? someone was telling me about taking olive oil to gain some pounds.. WTF, llol![]()

For the record, 'light tasting' olive oil is much easier to drink than the regular stuff and it has the same ammount of calories.
ya i love the taste of it, i put 3 shots in my weight gainer and protein shake today each... and i'll likely have another shot later..... 7oz today .. not bad :P
I should start a blog or thread or something to track my weight gain while consuming 4-8oz of olive oil on top of 4350 cals per day :P

I use instant oats with a little dextrose twice a day but read that steel cuts oats are better. How do you prepare it, do you just blend it raw together with all the rest of the ingredient? Thanks!Originally Posted by Holto

If I use a 1/2 cup or more oatmeal I use a coffee grinder for the oatmeal and then a stickblender. Otherwise I just use the stick blender.
I just stir it in really fast into my shakes last, mixes well..and if the shot hits your stomach too fast just take a couple table spoon fulls instead.
Ya my olive oil is 125cals per 15ml..... 1 shot is one ounce which is 30ml..so every shot is 250cals.... times 8 = 2000calories alone......
so i was eating 4350cals a day trying to bulk...some olive oil is going to put me up 6350 a day and i'm adding an extra weight gain shake per day so i'll be at almost 7500cals.
If i dont gain, then i would really like to know why.
