How I have been doing it is that one week I will squat (tuesday) and leg press (thursday) and the next week I do squat (monday) db lunges (wednesday) and leg press (friday). Also I do 1 set and go to failure. So what I am asking is this.....on the second week does it seem ok if I squat on monday and friday? Or is that too much?
You're not going to get any Muscle In A Bottle.
If you go heavy on monday and light on friday you should be fine. But 2 heavy days within 5 days might lead to overworking. Try one heavy with lower reps and the next lighter with higher reps
why not do a full leg routine once a week rather than parts of it every couple days?
