please ppl, i need help
An accurate one doesnt exist.
Best way to test it quickly by yourself is to use skinfold calipers.. they can be picked up cheaply and are much more accurate than electric resistance measurers or internet body fat formulas etc
2xy3*∑√πr2
You forgot to take the natural log of this.Originally Posted by Mr Joshua

Multiply your weight (in the nude) by 1.082
Add 94.42
Your waist measurement (at naval) x 4.150
Weight factor - Waist Factor (result will be lean body mass)
Actual weight - Lean Body Mass (your body fat)
Body fat divided by actual weight x100 = your body fat percentage
20 yrs old
6'2" 210 lbs
9% BF
bench 330 x 2
squat 415 x 8
once a marine always a marine
take off clothes
look in mirror
if you don't feel sexy, then you are fat
if you do feel sexy, then you aren't fat
cut or bulk accordingly...
PRs: 655/525/645 = 1825 Total

Using your formula above, I'm at 20.2%..... Probably pretty close since I'm not as 'lean' as I used to be (since I've been eating like a horse - to me anyways to put on some mass...LOL)....
Thanks..
peace out...
