    Right Deltoid

My right anterior deltoid to be specific. Its really uncomfortable and pretty painfall to bring my arm back lately (bench pressing motion). Also if I massage my left anterior delt I dont feel anything but if I massage or put pressure on the right one its a real sharp pain. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong or if I should ice and/or apply heat?

Ice/heat cycles are always a good idea. What were you doing when you first felt the pain, was it during a lift or later on?

weren't you going for a PR? You might have stressed the ant delt to much. How does it feel today?

It sounds like a strain. I would ice/heat and rest see how it feels. Even though it sounds like its been a while since you did it. If you see no improvement I would see a doc.
