    Is This Enough For Legs?

I have just moved over to the world of free weights from leg presses, etc, and this workout just kicked my *** today.

    5x5 Squats
    3x8 Good Mornings
    3x8 Hack Squats
    3x8 Standing Calf Raise

I was going to do 3 sets of hamstring curls and some ab work, but was just too cashed to do anymore. I couldn't even walk down the stairs without the railing.

Is this enough? My other 2 days are chest/shoulders and back (which include deadlifts).

    Thanks!

More than enough. Any more would be overdoing it.

usually when you do 5x5 with a compound excersize like squat you dont need to do anyother excersize with the same muscles, id take hacks out and keep the rest. but thats just me

OP: Drop the hack squats. I'm glad you didn't do the leg curls, it would have been even more painful.

I agree, ditch the hacks but I would add in a secondary glute/ham exercise like glute/ham raises or pull-thrus.
