i have a workout planned, i just have a question about what days should be what...
right now i am doing ME on monday and tuesday, and corresponding DE days on thursday and friday. that means there are 2 days between ME and DE, and 3 days between DE and ME. is that okay or should the DE days be on monday and tuesday and the ME days on thursday/friday?

The standard template has ME days on monday, tuesday and DE days on thursday, friday. I'd personally prefer to be more rested on ME days and leave the template as it is, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a sin to change it.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

I have DE fall on Monday and Wednesday, while ME falls on Friday and Sunday. Well, I try too.
My ME is Wed, Fri and DE on Sat, Mon.
I don't think it really matters as long as you're getting adequate rest. Plan it however you have to.
