Lat Tower/Chin-Ups/Pull-Ups: Straight bar, or angled better?

Hey, guys, you know how some pull-up/chin-up bars will be just a straight bar:

And some will be angled bars:

I'm wondering which one is the best, or does it really matter? Thanks a lot!

    A straight bar, always.

    You shouldn't. They're evil.

Good thing you're from NC! Anyway, there's probably really no difference between a straight bar and an angled bar, correct?

No, an angled bar puts your wrists and elbows in a bad position.

Would you bench press with an angled bar?

Excellent point. Why did they make an angled bar for pull-ups in the first place?

Maybe the angled bar are more for the traps and non angled are more bicep tricep. I assume its something like that otherwise the angled ones wouldnt be all over the place.
