I guess this counts as a PR. I have never tried it as usually it is hard for me to do 6 in a set.
But I tried it yesterday (as that was what my BGB routine called for) and I did it. (Unweighted, so I'm still a sissy).

I got 265 5x5 on my bench on monday
Yesterday I got 245 5x5 ATF squats and 405 x3 deadlifts ....but I had to use straps :-(

Strongmans gotta be one of the most physically taxing things out there, props on taht. Strong lifts especially for not training for them.

im so pumped... its the end of the first week of my cut and I squatted the most ive ever done!! Now I know most people wont be impressed but its a lot for my puny legs, I got 315 3 times. It felt terrific!

But I am probably much lighter---i weigh like 150 in the morning and 156 or so during the day. But considering that two or three weeks ago I was only hitting 144 I consider it an accomplishment.

ho yeah that reminds me I also did 37 pushups in a minute, 88 situps in 2 minutes, ran a 2:44 800 and a 23.15 sec 120 yd shuttle run. PE class, loads of fun...
