I need to start a diet routine in order to put on as much muscle and size as possible. I am fine when it comes to training but I am slacking when it comes to eating the right foods. I currently weigh 13st and would like to put 1st on for tyhe summer at least. Any help on how much protein, carbs and fat to eat would be great.

But if you wanna put on muscle, you're gonna have to eat more calories than you burn. Alot is explained in the article.
