your breakfast should really contain lots of carbs IMO as it has to last you through your day.

Check out the recipies pages some good pointers there. Have some flapjacks, oats, porridge, bit of fruit, get some peanut butter on whole meal toast if you wish.

But my fav is about 7 boiled eggs and oats in yoghurt then a banana. been having it for the last yr and have not got bored! eggs and tuna are my best friends!lol
Stan: Here we go -- mac and cheese. (Reads box) "Boil water." What am I, a chemist?

When I'm low carbing my breakfast is a shake consisting of 2 scoops micellar casein and 2 teaspoons flax oil.

I'd avoid the low carb protein bar, I assume it's packed with sugar alcohols instead which are a total con.

I've tried sweetpotato, I've tried oats (both with my eggs) and they just make me freaking hungry all damned day.

I train at night though - you train in the AM, don't you Sylvia?

Well it's pretty vital to eat a low carb breakfast when you're on a low carb diet.

ye basically i am on a low carb diet, and so a low carb breakfast is what i need.

i am still basically going for a scoop of protein in the morning with some milk, and maybe a protein bar... low carb.

1 or 2 large ham steaks-good source of protein and low carb and generally very low fat (if you need to add fat just cook em in butter).

    plus milk/shake or whatever.
