    Muscle Chic- thanks- that pic was taken at about 187lbs..udually off seasom is about 195-200 but i try not to go over 10%.. come this winter i might shoot for a 15% and see what happens

    Ace chest day...them 20 reps for all decline bench sets is off the wall as were the nonstop supersets toward the end.

    Very nice chest and biceps days. That would be awesome to have the keys to train in the gym even when they're closed. I had to train so early today, and I usually train in the evening.

    POWERLIFTER- yeah it is really nice having the keys.. at closing time ill stay open later so people can finish ther workout and on closed day get with a group to meet at the same time.

    CP-been awhile since doing the 135..felt good doing them again

    Good shoulders session. Even db shrugs with 90s is a good start with being injured.

    So basically you're a workaholic in the gym, lol - plenty of tricep work followed by the fullbody session is outrageous.
