Okay today I had to wake up early for work, I got 4 hours of sleep, maybe less (3-4 hours). Yesterday I also did tricep work... only tricep work (Close-grip bench, Skull Crushers, 2 other isolation work).
I am doing legzz today... or shall I say tonight:
Legs:
Hamstrings to Calves Back Squat - 10, 8, 6, 6, 4, 2
Romanian Deadlift – 10, 8, 8, 8
Front Squat – 3 x 6
More back work:
Dumbell One-Arm Rows – 10, 6, 6, 6
Chin-Ups – 4 x 8
Forearms:
Hammer Curls – 4 x 6
Reverse Wrist Curl –
10 lbs. 2 x 8
Reverse Hammer Curl - 2 x 8
Behind the back Wrist Curl –
80 lbs. 2 x 8
Plate Curls – 2 x 8
So should I get a full nights sleep and workout on Sunday ? On Monday I do heavy bench day, I am not sure if the Dumbell Rows and chin ups will make me weaker on the bench that day. I also work on Sunday, and monday toBut the good thing is that I can sleep more before heading off to work, unlike today.

Hmm I am tired... I could probably finish the workout anyways, it's just this psychological thing going on. I could drink coffee before working out but then I might end up staying up late.. then I'll be tired again for work tomorrow.
